Our Story

Brenteson Fire started in 1988 when Randy Brenteson put his first water tender into service supporting wildfire operations. What began as a single piece of equipment has grown into a multi-unit operation supporting fires throughout the region.

The company has always remained rooted in Montana, with operations connected to both the agricultural community in Conrad and the business and fabrication industry in the Gallatin Valley. This background has shaped the work ethic behind Brenteson Fire—practical, hardworking, and committed to showing up ready to work when the call comes.

Today the company continues to grow while remaining family operated and focused on providing reliable equipment and experienced personnel to wildfire incidents.
